Quick HTML Website Making Software
I use (and my VA’s too) Quick HTML Website Making software to build sites, so I know it works and works well. For instance, I can go on a week “working vacation” and pay for it simply by selling these simple little sites. First thing I do is pick up as many of the FREE local papers (like Thrifty Nickel) and scout for ads from Tupperware, Avon, Crafts, Small Restaurants, etc. 99% of these types of service providers do not even list a website so selling them is dead drop simple.

The QikMobi software has “text areas that except HTML” and I HIGHLY recommend you use the “Simple WYSIWYG Editor”. I have made videos and I am using the editor so keep that in mind. Be sure to watch the video(s) to get the full use of QikMobi.

Q: What can I do with this software?
A: Make money! 99% of all sellers of mobile sites (& services) overlook the small business owners or overprice their services. I am talking about the 1000’s (maybe millions?) of work-at-home sellers of Avon, Tupperware, Crafts, etc.

These people place ad after ad in the free local papers and 90% of them list NO website at all in an ad. The people reading these papers are sitting somewhere (like a restaurant) with a mobile phone in hand. So your approach to the client “badly on the need of a mobile site is”:

“I just saw your ad in the so-n-so paper and noticed you have no easy way for me to view your services. What if I could show you how to place a tiny image (QR code) in your ad that allows mobile users to view your services, call you, email you and do so for only $99? I will build you a mobile site and even host it for a month for that tiny price. After the first month, I will continue to host the site for only $5 a month.”

Small work-at-home mom’s (or dad’s) presented this deal for $99 is hard for them to pass. I know because it works time after time. There is an endless supply if you “want there to be”.

If the client wants to host their own site, so be it. Let them. Upload it for free. Be flexible and the next time they need something they will call or email YOU! These people are in need of affordable services

For instance,
we are going to the beach in a few weeks. I will grab a few of the local freebie papers upon arrival and guarantee you I will sell 5-6 of these style sites for $99 a pop. Take me about 30 mins (while sitting right on the beach with our car) for each one to be built. I will pay for our room and few dinners while kicked back looking at the ocean:) One word of advice: DO NOT BE SCARED TO BE TURNED DOWN, just say thanks, give them an example site you built and move on…

I have past clients from places I have traveled who still contact me 5 years later needing “affordable services”. They call someone local and get some outrageous quotes. Then they remember that I have given them a deal and call/email me. 99% of the time I can cut the other persons/company quote in half and still make a 500% profit…

Q: What if the company does not have a telephone # or does not want to have callers at all?
A: Upsell! You can upsell them with a service that does NOT cost you a single cent, except your time. Get them a free Goggle Voice telephone number and place a recording on it advertising their services. I have done this many times and charge the company a flat fee of $50+ to setup.

A simple message can be recorded and users can leave a voice mail. The voice mail is then transcribed and email is sent to client.

Bottom line, think to upsell ALWAYS!
