How can I change/update my registered phone number? #
To change your Cyberkumbh Smartshop account password, please follow the below steps:
1. Go to ‘My Account’
2. Under Account settings, go to ‘Update Number’
3. Enter the new mobile number
4. OTP will be sent via SMS to the new and old phone numbers
5. Enter both the OTPs along with password and click on ‘Verify mobile’
6. Click on Save Changes
Note: In case you have logged in via email and the account is an email-only account, OTP will be sent to the existing email address and the number updated.
You should have access to both old and new phone numbers as the OTP will be sent to both the numbers.
*If you have registered using email address and phone number earlier and you do not have access to the old number, you will not be able to update the phone number for an account.
